Walk/Jog/Run Training Program (Culpeper Run Club)


WHAT IS THE CULPEPER RUN CLUB?

This is an ongoing training targeted to develop better walk/jog/run technique and to prepare you to participate in a 5K,10K, Half Marathon or Full Marathon. Whether you are a first timer or a seasoned runner, Coach Vivian will train you to successfully complete your goals in a casual atmosphere that is challenging and fun for all.

  • Train with USAT Coach, Vivian Arenas
  • Increase distance and improve your walking jogging or running skills
  • Proper shoe fit and style
  • On-Line training advice and tips
  • Learn pre and post race nutrition
  • Make friends as you work out with others

 

WHAT IS REQUIRED?

Equipment Needed:

  • Running specific shoes
  • Heart rate monitor
  • Water bottle
  • Towel
  • Positive attitude :)

Fee: The club is FREE. Annual membership is encouraged, and is only $30 per year to join. Cash or checks made payable to Vivian Arenas.

 

WHEN AND WHERE DO WE MEET?

Every Saturday Morning between 7:30 - 8:30 AM

Location: The month of September we will be at Yowell Meadow Park
