Triathlon Training


WHAT

Co-Ed Sprint Triathlon Training Program for beginners and intermediate athletes

Whether you are a first timer or have already participated in the sport of Triathlon, this seven week training program will get you ready to successfully complete a mini triathlon and cross the finish line with a smile on your face!

 

WHEN

Session begins:

Sping/Summer 2011
Powell Wellness Center in Culpeper, Virginia

Training will take place three times a week:

  • Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30 PM
  • Fridays from 6:30-7:30 AM
  • Saturdays from 8:00-10:00 AM

Program includes:

  • Bike technique
  • Swimming strategy
  • Running form/efficiency
  • Learning transitions
  • Heart rate monitor usage
  • Nutrition/Hydration
  • Keeping the mental edge
